Workshop by Small Souki.
Music therapy is a form of therapy that allows the expression of one’s feelings, thoughts, arguments through performing sounds and creating musical communication bridges, to explore yourself and address your ideas. Improvisation through this therapy promotes a connection between the therapist and the people receiving it. It is based on the exploration and communication with our environment and the understanding with the people who contribute to it musically.
It can be attended by FLINTA* people, as we will focus on how to confront issues, anxiety, traumas created, based on our gender, in a musical way. No musical background is necessary, we’ll focus on rhythm and voice. The workshop will be held in English. No discriminations accepted.
Looking forward to seeing you!
